Biography: Spending countless hours hiking and exploring the ruins of Turkish castles, cisterns, and mosques during my tour in the Middle East with the US Air Force, I found artistic inspiration in the country’s Romanesque landscape. Turkish architecture and culture continue to influence my work. For instance, I often incorporate the evil eye into many of my paintings. ...more.
